We specialise in small-batch, minimal-intervention winemaking. Our state-of-the-art facility keeps each batch separate in temperature-controlled environments, allowing the fruit’s unique expression to shine. Founded in 1992 by Dr Ron Wise and his wife Sandra, Wise Wine combines the legacy of Geographe Bay Estate and Eagle Bay Estate. Over the years, renowned winemakers, including Bruce Dukes, Amanda Kramer, and now Larry Cherubino, have elevated Wise Wine with their expertise and innovative styles.
The Wise Distillery uses custom-built 380-litre column stills, designed specifically for producing Gin and Pisco spirits. Our spirits are handcrafted, bottled, and packaged on-site using traditional distillation methods to ensure premium quality.
The Wise property is home to Margaret River’s only restaurant overlooking both the vines and the ocean. Set amidst tranquil bushland and Geographe Bay’s pristine blue waters, it’s a truly iconic destination for wine, food, and natural beauty.
