Wise Eagle Bay is serious about keeping the details you provide us private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. This data is managed strictly in accordance with our Contract with the relevant supplier. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us.

Wise Eagle Bay does not use cookies. Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its “IP address”, and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer’s IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous.

Our server keeps a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site, so that in the event that we are legally required to disclose that information to relevant authorities, we can do so. This is the only situation where your IP address would be shared with anyone.

Wise Eagle Bay may use aggregated historical server data to analyse and improve our website performance, however no personally identifiable information is included in such aggregated data.

Saved Credit Cards

Your credit card details will be saved using encrypted technology to increase safety. We don’t display your full credit card details for your protection and you can update or remove your credit card at any time.

Wine/Spirits Club

Upon supplying your credit card details you authorise Wise Eagle Bay to enrol you in the Wise Club and debit your nominated credit card and any card issued to you in the renewal or replacement thereof with the cost of your deliveries as they occur. You understand that you will automatically receive the regular selections as per the membership level you have selected, and that any time after 12months you may cancel your membership without penalty. You will be liable to pay for only those wines or spirits that have been dispatched prior to your club cancellation.
