A hybrid of mandarin and kumquat, this fruit is prized for its bright, tart citrus character. Often referred to as the Philippine lime or lemon, it is native to Southeast Asia, including the Philippines, Indonesia and southern China. The main botanicals include fresh whole calamondin, fresh whole lime, lime and orange peel, angelica root, lemongrass, nutmeg and cardamom.
