Busselton Jetty Gin
This coastal spirit harmonises local botanicals of wattle seed and rosella hibiscus with the bright zest of orange peel, a subtle salinity from oyster shell and a hint of wild sour fig, foraged from our local shores.

2023 Shiraz Single Vineyard Gin
Being a warmer climate Shiraz Gin, this gin displays black fruits, liquorice and subtle spice. The palate is rich and juicy, with the Signature gin interplaying, adding complexity.

This honour is awarded to wineries that consistently produce wines of exemplary quality and typicity, with at least two wines rated at 95 points or above and a 5-star rating maintained for the past three years.
In 2024, only 8% of wineries recognised by Halliday received this prestigious title. Being part of this elite group reflects the dedication of our entire team—from vineyard to bottling and beyond.
