The calamondin (also known as calamansi) tree produces fruit in abundance, allowing us to create a spirit rich in vibrant flavour. A hybrid of mandarin and kumquat, this fruit is prized for its bright, tart citrus character.

We’re proud to announce that Wise Wine has earned the coveted 5 Red Star Winery status for 2025.
This honour is awarded to wineries that consistently produce wines of exemplary quality and typicity, with at least two wines rated at 95 points or above and a 5-star rating maintained for the past three years.
In 2024, only 8% of wineries recognised by Halliday received this prestigious title. Being part of this elite group reflects the dedication of our entire team—from vineyard to bottling and beyond.

We offer free Australia-wide delivery via Australia Post for orders over $250. For orders under $250, a small shipping fee applies.
Australian Post collects parcels for delivery every Tuesday and Thursday.
