Dominique is a brandy of quiet confidence, revealing its character through beautifully unfolding layers. Matured in "Colbert", a Nadalie barrel chosen for its precision and elegance, it reflects the refinement that defines Dominique. Barrelled in April 2021 and bottled in July 2026, after five years of patient maturation Dominique reveals rich notes of toasted oak, roasted almonds, and dried orchard fruit, adding depth and complexity while allowing the oak’s elegant structure to shine.
