    A single vineyard release of this iconic wine. Cool fermentation, extended maceration and 18 months of French Oak maturation has crafted a wine of elegance and structure. Careful barrel selection from our winemaking team selects only the finest barrels in the Eagle Bay.

    The dark garnet-noir colour entices. Heady aromas of violets, warm spices, leather with flavours of mulberries, cassis, milk chocolate studded with mint plus cedary, charry oak, all in place. This is just shy of full bodied, the palate coated with plentiful textural tannins. There's some grip to the finish, yet this feels relaxed and ready to pour, even if it is the flagship.     This is a most impressive cabernet which comes from Wilyabrup in the heart of Margaret River. An opening blast of leafy blackcurrant,black olive and light bay leaf greet initially on the nose. The palate is elegantly structured with tight weave of fine-grained oak and fine chalky tannins. Retains an elegant medium body but there is serious cellaring potential here – up to 18 years.
