Pisco Sour

Pisco Sour is a popular drink in Chile and Peru made with Pisco and lemon juice.

Wise Pisco Sour is made using our own Pisco, infused with lemons and limes from the Wise property.

Soft clean, tart citrus flavours, suggestive of classic lemon lime and bitters.

Can be used to made a Pisco sour. Pour measurement of Pisco Sour into cocktail shaker, add egg white to create foam on top. Shake over ice.
