2023 Sea Urchin Shiraz
Frankland River Riesling, harvested in the early hours of the morning. Pressed into stainless steel tanks where it undertook fermentation.
Classic Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc
Aromatics of orchard fruits with floral notes. The palate is Pink Lady apples and pears and a touch of nuttiness, leading to a long, clean, and dry finish.
Floral aromatics of lemon curd, white peach and sherbet with a rich palate and long soft finish.
This wine is a shining example of world-famous Margaret River Chardonnay, fermented and matured in French Oak Barriques.
Pink with hints of orange copper. Aromatics of fresh summer fruits, rose petals and a hint of spice. This dry Rose is perfect for any occasion.
2022 Great Southern Pinot Noir
Wise makes Malbec as it is a much better partner to Cabernet in blending. In some years (typically the warmer years) Wise released a straight Malbec. Superb drinking.
Classic aromas of black cherry and cassis, lead to a palate of fine, velvety tannins and dark chocolate oak notes.
A complex array of dark plums, violets and boysenberry with a touch of spice on the palate.
A considered blend of Cabernet Franc and Malbec was aged on French Oak for 14 months.
