Wise Winery in Eagle Bay was the most picturesque location. Looking back now we certainly chose the right venue for us. We knew our guests would be well looked after while we were off getting photos and our photos show how happy everyone was.
Ceremonies can be held on our wedding deck overlooking the vineyard and ocean, or on our huge lawn area at no cost.
These areas are available for wedding ceremonies from 4:30pm, with access from 4pm.

Boasting huge open windows to let the sea breeze flow and a rustic stone fireplace for cosiness in the cooler months, this is the perfect space for sit down or cocktail style weddings in all seasons.
Our restaurant caters for up to 130 guests for seated weddings and 160 for cocktail style weddings.
Wedding receptions in the restaurant run from 5:30pm – 11:30pm.

Our outdoor courtyard offers 180 degree vineyard, bush and
ocean views and is ideal for post ceremony drinks at no cost, or to
hire for more intimate cocktail style weddings for up to 90 guests.
Post ceremony drinks or wedding functions in this area begin from 5pm and run until 11pm.
Outdoor Courtyard exclusive hire for weddings is included in the venue hire.
All drinks packages are selected from our Leaf Series range and include our Wise Sparkling wine. Wines are available as per current vintage release. Also included are 2 local craft beers on tap (Kölsch Lager & Pale Ale), plus canned cider, canned ginger beer, mocktails, and non-alcoholic sparkling wine and beer, soft drinks, coffee, & tea.

Our restaurant can host up to 120 guests for a seated wedding and 140 guests for a cocktail-style reception, with a picturesque setting and both indoor and outdoor options.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your date, along with completing our booking details. You may change the date up to 1 month prior to your wedding (subject to availability).
Final numbers must be confirmed 1 week before your wedding. We’ll send an invoice,
which must be paid no later than 72 hours before the event. Unfortunately, there is
no reduction or refund for late cancellations after final numbers are confirmed.
We offer a variety of dining options, including shared feasts and individual servings. Guests can enjoy a selection of shared canapés, main dishes, and desserts, with the flexibility to tailor the menu to your preferences.
Yes. Full furniture removal is $500, while partial furniture removal is $250.
Yes. Venue hire fees increase significantly on public holidays and during peak school holiday periods—sometimes reaching $15,000 or $20,000, depending on the date. Specific holiday rates are detailed in the brochure’s terms and conditions.
Yes, provided it is biodegradable or natural petals.
Yes. Our last lunch booking is taken at 1:30pm, and guests typically leave by 4pm.
This is why we suggest a 4pm arrival and a 4:30pm ceremony start.
Yes. We have a full bar, so guests can purchase their own cocktails or spirits

You are responsible for any breakages, theft, damage, or additional cleaning required during your function. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property or vehicles on-site.
If you cancel more than 1 month before your date, only the $500 deposit is forfeited. Cancellations made between 1 month and 1 week prior incur 50% of the quoted costs, and cancellations within 1 week of the wedding require 100% payment of your last confirmed numbers.
