Standard delivery – Australia wide

Wise Eagle Bay offers the Australia Post service within Australia free of charge for orders over $250, or a small charge for orders under $250.

Aust Post pickup from our winery on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The Australia Post service usually takes between 2-7 business days if you live in the metro area. Please refer to your tracking details sent via email for further delivery information.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If there are any issues, we will contact you via the details you have provided.

*Once a parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, the delivery time is out of our control and can sometimes exceed this estimation.

 International delivery

Wise orders are only available for domestic shipping. If you wish to discuss international delivery options our customer service team will be pleased to assist you.
