This fruit was machine picked in the cool of the night, and quickly processed to make a range of Single Vineyard Shiraz. The 2022 Wise Shiraz Gin will be launched soon. (Lucky the 2021 is almost sold out.)
What started as a 2022 Shiraz Gin, the quality of this fruit was so tremendous that of course it got our creative juices flowing. As a result, we are now crafting what will surely be an epic Shiraz Brandy. A blend of the Shiraz, and our Estate made Brandy. Let us tell you, this is amazing!
