In 2017 Greg began a journey of discovery. This journey will never be about the destination, it will always be about the learnings of trials, techniques and facing challenges of creating something beautiful.
March 2022 part of this journey is becoming something good enough to share with the Wise Wine Family. Barrel selection of some of the oldest Brandy Barrels in Western Australia has begun. Barrel selection is about finding the perfect barrel for release – sometime in the very near future. Perfection can never be rushed… Watch this space
